- FAS/SEL 6' and 7' only: Widths are 6" and wider allowing a small percentage of 4" and 5".
- 1 & 2 Common: Our common grade is mainly due to some wave or twist and some checks. Ideal for small cuttings. Widths are 4" and wider, heavy 6" and wider. Lengths are 6' and longer, heavy 8' and longer.
- 1 Common only: Per rules 2/3rds clear with specified cutting. Main defects are knots, 4" and wider, heavy 6" and wider. 6' and longer.
Our lumber is typically sold in units, or bundles, while our decking may be sold as needed with no minimum under our “One Deck At A Time™” program. Your order size, however, may affect the shipping method and cost.

Shipping TimesShipping times vary depending on numerous factors, such as availability of stock, how many orders we are processing at that time, how large your order is and how far away you are. Check with your sales representative to get an idea based on current circumstances. We will try to give you our best estimate when we complete your order, and we will communicate with you when your order has shipped.
Sales TaxIf your business is located in the State of Pennsylvania, you must supply us with a sales tax exemption (reseller) form. Otherwise you are responsible for reporting any sales tax due in your state.
Return PolicyAny problems with your order should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Go to the Contact Us tab and call or e-mail us with any inquiries concerning a problem. We will work with you to find the fastest, most effective solution to the problem.
Cancelling An OrderAll sales are considered final at time of purchase - when the order is paid for (your credit card details have been submitted to us for payment). You will be charged a 5% restocking fee if you cancel your order after payment has been received.
